Online contract for short-term tourist rental of Villa Sargiano and reception information

The Short Tourist Rental is granted only in the portion of the property, period, number of people, rent and conditions indicated in the online booking. All conditions are expressly accepted by the Guest confirmed by email, in the civil and tourism code or according to local customs.

With the reservation, the guest also accepts the privacy policy, the payment conditions, the cancellation policy and the information and rules indicated here. CREDIT CARD AS GUARANTEE: Upon booking and CHECK IN you will be asked to show a credit card. A DEPOSIT may be requested from the GROUPS, in cash or with pre-authorisation by credit card to guarantee any final/special cleaning and compensation for damages. The amount of the invoice or receipt for the rental in VILLA SARGIANO will be net of any DEPOSIT and/or DEPOSIT returned in cash or canceled by the credit card pre-authorization after verification and control at CHECK OUT. VILLA SARGIANO protects the Privacy, Health and Serenity of every guest.

CITY TAX  €3,00 per person per day.
Stamp duty € 2,00. 

BOOK YOUR ARRIVAL CHECK-IN TIME – DELIVERY OF KEYS ON RESERVATION FROM 14pm / 30pm (except for special agreements).
Guests will be able to exit and re-enter as they wish using the keys delivered and the electronic gate pass.
BOOK THE DEPARTURE CHECK-OUT TIME – On the day of departure, VILLA SARGIANO must be left free, clean and tidy by 10:00 pm (except for special agreements). Delays will result in an additional night being charged. Failure to return or damage the keys upon departure will incur an extra charge €200,00 for each room.
UTILITIES extra €5,00 per day per person (except for offers and special rates).

INSIDE THE ROOM IN VILLA SARGIANO you will find everything you need: blankets, sheets and pillowcases in beds, pillows, towels, personal hygiene accessories, hairdryer.

CLEANING ACCESSORIES -  At the end of the Short Tourist Rental the accommodation must be clean and tidy with the final cleaning carried out by the guest.

The use of plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchenette, pots, barbeque, kettle, coffee machines, refrigerator and washing machine requires immediate cleaning after each use.

Waste and garbage must be separated in the appropriate buckets, and taken daily to the municipal buckets outside VILLA SARGIANO to avoid being charged an extra amount. € 100,00 each room for final cleaning to be paid in cash at check out.

PETS ALLOWED ONLY SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZES if AUTHORIZED TO RESERVE. NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS – MAX 1 PER ROOM. ONLY ALLOWED IN ROOMS ON THE GROUND FLOOR WITH INDEPENDENT AND INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE:  Extra €15,00 per day for each of your animal friends. The animal friend in any case he must always be accompanied by the guest in the common areas of Villa Sargiano. For dogs, the use of a leash and muzzle is mandatory; for cats the carrier. The municipality of Arezzo provides for the obligation to always carry with you suitable and waterproof bags for the collection of excrement and dejections to be thrown into the appropriate municipal buckets outside the gate of Villa Sargiano. The municipality of Arezzo recalls that the abandonment of excrement brings health and hygiene risks and causes degradation.

FRIENDS OF GUESTS AND PARKING – For security and insurance reasons, it is not expected to allow friends of guests into VILLA SARGIANO (except for special agreements which still provide for copies of documents and an extra supplement). Parking inside VILLA SARGIANO is based on availability and only one car per room. There is a large, free outdoor car park adjacent to the gate of VILLA SARGIANO.

REGULATIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE SUMMER POOL AREA. (Open only in summer) . 

The swimming pool is not public. The use is private and family for collective use reserved only for guests staying in the VILLA.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE expert personnel to supervise and assist (lifeguards). Access to the pool area obliges each guest to assume responsibility and control of their family or group.

The depth of the pool is cm. 90 around the entire perimeter and reaches up to 210 cm in the centre. 

By LAW the use of slippers, swimsuit and swimming cap is mandatory. 

In the SUMMER swimming pool area all clothing and objects must be placed inside the personal bag.

The crowding density in the SUMMER pool area is calculated for health purposes at 7 people in the water and 7 mXNUMX of surface area per person in the solarium and green areas.

Before entering the water of the SUMMER POOL, guests will have to take a thorough soapy shower over their entire body; spitting, blowing your nose, urinating in water is prohibited; very young children should wear diapers.

Parents/carers are advised to take care to supervise their children for compliance with hygiene and behavioral rules, compatibly with their level of autonomy and their age. The guest who uses the swimming pool, whether for his own family or group, accepts that Villa Sargiano is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the swimming pool.

PROHIBITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

SMOKING PROHIBITED. CCONNECT ONLY razor, mobile phones, tablets, hairdryer, hairdryer, hair straighteners to the electrical system. It is not permitted to connect vehicles, scooters and electric bicycles.
SILENCE is especially welcome from 22.00pm to 08.00am and 14.00pm to 16.00pm
EACH GUEST IS REQUIRED TO COMPENSATE ANY DAMAGES CAUSED
RESPONSIBILITY – Villa Sargiano is not responsible for objects left unattended. Force majeure exempts Villa Sargiano from compensation resulting from the temporary lack of gas, electricity, water and internet connection. The wifi connection is free and password protected for legal uses only.

SPECIAL GOVERNMENT RULES FOR THE PROTECTION OF GUESTS FROM INFECTIOUS DISEASES

Those who book declare online that they and all their guests at CHECK IN must be: 

A) exempt from temperatures of 37,5° degrees or higher

B) exempt from quarantine from the risks of any communicable disease

C) authorized according to current laws to stay in Arezzo during the booked period. Use hydro-alcoholic solutions and cleaning tools independently. Every object provided for use by Villa Sargiano to the guest must always be sanitized by the guest before and after each use.
